ERANI AMMAN NAGAR PLOT OWNERS ASSOCIATION (EANPOA)

Dear plot owners of EANPOA Phase I and II. 
i welcome all of you. 

I started this blog  to know the other plot owners some time in Feb 2015.
by now  we are a team of  80 plot owners  actively  working togather to get  the complete owner's  list.

I would request any owner of phase I or  II( only owners are qualified to become members paying rs.2000/- as membership fees). 
who may come across this post contact either Myself at 80123-13858 or Mr. Ramanathan at 90425-15492 to actively participate and come up with proposals and ideas to develop 
our gold mine. 

we  are now, a registered association with about 120 owners. with an executive committee. The association is legally registered ( Reg No: 454/ 2018) with of course a bank account soon to be opened.  quite recently,  a general body meeting was held well attended by about 100 members. members are pretty excited and some being in the construction line are coming up with various development proposals. 
the market value of the land is moving up and up by the day. in fact some  members are looking to  buy plots from other owners who may want to  genuinly sell theirs.

The beauty  of the layout is : 

  serene,  virgin and fresh and at the same time coming within the limits of CMDA, pin code 600048, with pure potable ground water, 
 It is just 1.5 kms from GST road, vandalur, 4 Km from the proposed new Bus terminus,  right on the 200 Ft road which goes from Vandalur to padappi, oragadom and  Kancheepuram. the layout is located  on  the golden triangle, also known as the 
automobile hub of south india in oragadom.  The 400 Ft outer ring road intersecting the 200 feet vandalur padappai oragadom road  is merely 500 meteres away  .

the layout facing the  magnificent vandalur hills  is surrounded by homes,  shops, schools and hospitals. all vehicles pass through this 200 feet road to reach padappai and oragadom and sriperambadur.  vandalur railway station is merely 2 kms away.  the momendum is picking up and  there is all round activity around the layout.  govt. proposals like  monorail and extending metro rail from airport upto vandalur are on the development list.

I urge all present and  prospective members  to work as a group  to act with the common interest to develop our  layout.  to generally improve the conditions at the layout like removing the weeds,  marking the plots, if possible constructing  a compound wall etc. many  big builders are looking at our site eagerly with big proposals. land prices in the east tambaram has gone through the roof and individual land buyers and builders are looking at our side  on the west tambaram, i.e., other side of the tambrarm chengelpattu railway line. 

we need  as many like minded  plot owners as possible  to quickly  get in touch with either one of us to become a member as the first step.

a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.

  2. Mr.Radhakrishnan, what you have written above is 100% true and we the plot owners, owe a lot to Mr Ramanathan, you and your team's efforts. Because of the association and the strategic location of the Eraniamman Nagar, soon it will become a VERY HOT location in the city's map.

    1. Thanks for your compliments. We as a team should work towards making this a great place to live in. There may be small financial commitments involved in this. But that should not matter since the benefit to cost ratio will be very high. At the same location near the school, Flats are being sold at Rs 4000 per square foot. Our efforts should continue and I request everyone to cooperate with the core team.

  12. TASMAC cannot be removed so easily, instead, the link road between the layout and bypass should be laid. the link road can be used to get out and get into the layout. request the association to speed the process. thanks
